At Sushme, we aim to provide seamless and timely delivery of your orders. Please read the following shipping policy to understand how we manage the shipping process.

 

Shipping Timeline

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation message will be sent or call will be made to the customer to verify the order. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery Timeframes:
• North India & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery is expected within 2-3 business days after the order is shipped.
• South India & Other Locations: Delivery is expected within 5-7 business days after the order is shipped.

Shipping Provider

We partner with Delhivery, they are trusted logistics providers, to ensure reliable and efficient delivery services. Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depends upon the distance and weight of the parcel.

 

Order Confirmation

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders are confirmed through a verification message or call to ensure authenticity.
2. Order Dispatch: A confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched.

 

Return Shipping Costs

• When the Order Matches the Customer's Request: Return or exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer. This will be deducted from the Refund amount.
• When the Order is Incorrect or Damaged: Return or exchange shipping costs will be borne by Sushme.

 

Delivery Restrictions

• Delivery is available across Pan-India.
• We do not currently support international shipping.

 

Delays in Shipping

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or regulatory restrictions may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed about the status of your order.
